Lets Go Back.. Way Back is a celebration of the acid house era, established in the year 2000 to bring the sounds and vibe of the late 1980s to a new generation of clubbers.

Between them, resident DJs Bosco and Rob Mason have a long history of playing at acid house parties and events across the country.

BOSCO

Bosco started his DJ career in 1989, playing at numerous local parties and raves that kept him busy well into the ’90s. In 1999 he took the plunge and launched his “Shake the Disease” nights in Glasgow’s Soundhaus, with the intent of capturing the spirit of ’89, which paved the way for “Lets Go Back.. Way Back” a year later. In the summer of 2002 he ran the infamous weekly illegal warehouse parties in Glasgow’s West End, attracting up to 1,000 after hours clubbers.

ROB MASON

Rob Mason cut his teeth in Ayr’s Toledo Junction, later to become infamous as the Kitsch. From 1987 – 1990 he played at various bars and clubs in Ayrshire. In 1989 he was recruited to play at the now legendary Streetrave parties in Ayr Pavilion, Prestwick airport and back in the Kitsch club. Since then he’s played the Citrus in Edinburgh, the Pleasuredome in Irvine, Hippodrome in Manchester as well as countless clubs around Scotland, before joining Let’s Go back as a resident in 2010.
